Officers arrested woman in connection to Greece foster home abduction
Greece, N.Y. – Two days after they were abducted from their Greece foster home, Shekeria Cash, 3, and Dimitri Cash Jr., 5 were found safe in another state.
At the press conference, the police captain said they had received information about a rented vehicle that took investigators to an address in Alabama. Police officers arrested the woman after she left the location and the children were found unharmed in the vehicle.
The police captain also stated that now that the children have been found, the next step is to find everyone involved in their abduction. The woman is in police custody, and may face federal charges.
The investigation continues.
