Grand jury indicts Ogden woman accused with multiple charges
Chili, New York — A Monroe County grand jury has handed up several charges against Jennie Ann Clark who Ogden who drove the family car off the road and into a utility pole, killing her husband, Matthew Clark, 43. Their three children, all under the ages of 15, were not harmed.
The incident happened just after midnight on July 4 on Colby Street.
The grand jury has indicted her on second-degree murder, vehicular manslaughter, first-degree reckless endangerment, aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a child passenger, DWI, and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, among other charges.
According to Ogden Police Chief Chris Mears After, the murder charge was levied because Jennie Ann Clark, 43, showed “depraved indifference to human life.”
