A 52-year-old man dies in a car accident on I-390

Rochester, New York — A 52-year-old man is dead after a vehicle crashed into a guard rail on Interstate 390.

According to New York State Police, this happened around 1:08 p.m. near the Kendrick Road overpass.

Michael Deutsch, 52, appears to have suffered a medical emergency when he crashed, police say.

Deutsch was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead.

The investigation is ongoing.
