Three people from Rochester accused in larcenies, robberies across two counties
Rochester, New York – Three Rochester people are charged in connection with a string of thefts in Monroe and Ontario counties.
19-year-old Zeaquan, Walker Kashmiere Coats and Jaquan Simpson, both 20, are accused of stealing 14000$ worth of jewelry from a West Ridge Road jewelry store and snatching a purse in a nearby parking lot among other incidents.
According to authorities, the trio sold the stolen property. All three face assault, grand larceny, and robbery charges.
According to police say more charges are pending.
The case was worked on by the Greece Police Department, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Rochester Police Department, New York State Police, Irondequoit Police Department, Webster Police Department, and Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation is ongoing.
