Rochester woman charged with arson, accused of biting cop and, assaulting medical staff
Rochester, New York — A 36-year-old woman from Rochester is accused of starting several fires and assaulting a police officer and medical staff.
According to Rochester Police, Takesha Rogers is charged with arson after they say she started a fire inside and outside a double residence on Fifth Street.
Fortunately, two adults and two young children managed to safely escape the incident..
According to police, Rogers was previously arrested for setting three separate fires at a field on Bergen Street this past weekend.
She allegedly bit a police officer and, while at the hospital, assaulted medical staff.
