Rochester Mayor’s husband back in court
Rochester, New York – On Thursday, Mayor Lovely Warren’s husband appeared in court.
Back in May as part of a lengthy narcotics investigation, the mayor’s husband, Timothy Granison, was one of seven arrested.
According to his attorney, since then they’ve been going through mountains of evidence in the case.
“With respect to the wire, the pole cameras, and other surveillance, it was basically data multiplied seven times 30 – that’s 210 days of information,” said John DeMarco. “That’s quite a bit.”
A motion to dismiss the charges against Granison was denied earlier this month.
Granison is due back in court in the fall.
