Rochester man hospitalized in serious condition after being stabbed on Sunday night

Rochester, N.Y. – A 50 year old Rochester man was taken to the nearest area hospital with serious injuries after being stabbed on North Goodman Street. According to hospital officials, he was stabbed at least once on Sunday night and his condition is serious but non-life threatening.
Police officers responded to a call a man stabbed at the 800 block of North Goodman around 6:15 p.m. After arriving on the scene, they found the 50 year old Rochester resident lying on ground. He was bleeding heavily at the moment and the officers immediately provided first aid before he was taken to the hospital.
According to the Rochester Police Department, the investigation about this case is still ongoing and no one is in custody till now. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call 911.
