Rita Glavin, attorney to former Gov Cuomo with new evidence
Albany, New York — In order to present previously undisclosed information and evidence that she claims were kept out of the attorney general’s case against her client, Rita Glavin, attorney for former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, is expected to hold a presser on Thursday, Jan. 13.
A judge officially dropped the misdemeanor sex charge on Friday, Jan. 7, 2022, that former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo faced for a groping allegation from a former aide.
After 11 women accused the former governor of sexual harassment, it was the only criminal charge brought against Cuomo so far.
On Friday, WRGB was inside the courtroom for the virtual court hearing that lasted only ten minutes, Cuomo was seen only for a moment alongside his attorney on a video monitor for about three seconds when the camera panned over.
