Next year an additional $1,400 stimulus check for some parents

New York – $1,400 for any family that welcomed a new baby during 2021 next year when they file their taxes in 2022.
Thanks to the American Rescue Plan Act, this year parents received $1,400 for each child. Other parents had their babies after the plan went into effect.
All parents who didn’t get the payment this year, are able to claim, next year.
Parents with incomes under $75,000 or joint filing parents with income under $150,000 are eligible.
Parents with twins can even claim two- there is no limit.
This is not part of the Child Tax Credit.
