Homicide on Karnes Street in Rochester
Rochester, New York – A man in his 30’s was found with at least one gunshot wound to his upper body on Wednesday morning.
According to police, around 12:45 a.m. they responded to 86 Karnes Street for the report of a person shot.
An ambulance attempted to save the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Karnes Street is currently closed off to traffic as police and the Rochester Major Crimes Unit investigates.
This is the 39th homicide of the year in the city.
