Elmira’s Strathmont Plaza for sale for $1.8 million

Elmira, New York – Currently up for sale in Downtown Elmira is a sizable commercial building valued at around $2 million.
Howard Hanna has listed Strathmont Plaza, which is at 100 N. Main St. in the City of Elmira, for $1.8 million.
Currently, local firms occupy about 70 office spaces located in the 47,280-square-foot complex.
According to the description, this four-story tall building at the intersection of Water Street and North Main Street is a turnkey investment with low maintenance needs.
Tenants enter the building using a secure key fob system, and it features more recent cooling towers and furnaces.
Built in 1931, Strathmont Plaza was originally purchased by Mark Twain Properties LLC in 2003 for a sum of $880,539.
