Early voting in Monroe County begins on Saturday
Rochester, New York – Monroe County will be the location where early voting for the primary election in New York in 2024 begins on Saturday.
Willie Lightfoot, a member of the Rochester City Council, is running against incumbent Demond Meeks in the Democratic primary election for the 137th Assembly District of the state.
In the meantime, Lovely Warren, a former mayor of Rochester, and Michael Geraci, an attorney, are competing against one another in the Democratic primary for the position of judge on the Rochester City Court.
Up to the 23rd of June, early voting will be available at nine different locations throughout Monroe County.

• Edgerton Recreation Center, 41 Backus Street, Rochester
• Irondequoit Public Library, 1290 Titus Ave.
• Monroe County Office Building. 39 W. Main Street, Rochester
• North Greece Road Church of Christ, 1039 North Greece Road
• St. Theodore’s Catholic Church, 168 Spencerport Road, Gates
• Staybridge Suites Rochester University. 1000 Genesee Street, Rochester
• Empire State University (in-person ASL interpreter available), 680 Westfall Road, Brighton
• Susan B. Anthony House, 17 Madison Street, Rochester
The polling places will be open from nine in the morning until five in the afternoon. Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as noon to eight o’clock in the evening. Tuesday and Thursday as well.
