Cayuga County restaurants will participate in a voucher program to help boost business
Cayuga County, New York – Restaurants in Cayuga County are signing up for a voucher program in hopes of getting more people to their tables.
The voucher program will start on August 23 when people can download and print local restaurant vouchers that restaurants will match.
When a customer presents the voucher to a participating restaurant, they will double the amount on the voucher with a gift card.
According to Legislature Chair Aileen McNabb Coleman, for those who aren’t ready to go into the world of public dining, they can save the gift cards for the holidays.
The voucher program was approved in June.
