A man in his 50s was hit by a car; driver flees scene
Rochester, New York — Wednesday night a man was hit by a car on Hudson Avenue.
According to police, this happened around 10:30 p.m. near Dunn Street.
The victim was trying to cross Hudson Avenue when he was hit by a driver heading southbound, police say. The driver of the car fled the scene.
The victim was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by AMR. According to Rochester Police, he is in critical condition.
Police ask anyone with information to contact 911.
