Bus driver arrested after allegedly shoving 5-year-old in Seneca Falls
Seneca Falls, New York – Following an incident earlier this month, a Seneca Falls Central School District bus driver has been arrested.
A 60-year-old David P. Crolick of Waterloo was arrested on Friday, October 22 after allegedly shoving the young child.
The incident happened Thursday, October 7 when the Seneca Falls Central School District contacted their School Resource Officer after receiving a complaint that Crolick became physical with a student while on the school bus.
According to police, Crolick, who was employed by the school district as a bus driver, had physically pushed a 5-year old student causing his head to strike the window of the bus.
Crolick was taken into custody for second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
The child sustained a minor injury to his ear during the incident but did not require any medical attention.
