Rochester Museum and Science Center hosts annual Innovation Celebration Gala
Rochester, New York – The Innovation Celebration Gala, the largest annual fundraiser for the Rochester Museum and Science Center, was held on Friday.
The center’s goal is to inspire a brighter future for everyone through the discovery of science and the natural environment, and any event revenues will be used to further this goal.
Cocktails, a silent and live auction, a sit-down gourmet meal, entertainment by the 1980s band HALL PASS, and hands-on experiments were all included in the event.
The RMSC’s planned brand-new permanent exhibition, Wonders of Water, which is scheduled to debut on November 11th, provided the inspiration for this year’s theme, Wonder Has No Limits.
“The mission of the Rochester Museum and Science Center is to be able to inspire a love of science and curiosity in everyone,” said Hillary Olson, President, and CEO of the Rochester Museum and Science Center.
“And have them get as excited as we are about all the science, all the culture, all the natural history learning that we accomplish every year.”
RMSC offers a variety of unique programs and exhibits.
