3 people, including two teenagers, hurt in a crash on Portland Avenue
Rochester, New York – On Tuesday night a Greece man is facing several charges after a crash that sent three people to the hospital.
According to Rochester police, it happened on Portland Avenue near Rochester General Hospital around 11:15 p.m.
The man was driving north on Portland when he passed a red light at the intersection with St Ann’s Drive and then struck another car as it was attempting to turn on to Portland from St. Ann’s, police said,
According to police reports, three people in the car with the man, including two teenagers, were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Police did not say if anyone in the turning car was hurt.
The man was arrested for an aggravated unlicensed operation and issued several additional traffic tickets. He was released with an appearance ticket.
