Woman shot and killed in Rochester
Rochester, New York – A 23-year-old victim of Sunday’s shooting at Lyell Avenue and Child Street has died from her injuries.
According to police, Charlotte Thomas was found in the road around 5 p.m.
She was shot at least once, and she died at 10 p.m. at Strong Memorial Hospital.
It appears she was shot during an altercation in the street, police said.
According to the police, there are no arrests. They ask anyone with information to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at (585) 423-9300 or email MajorCrimes@cityofrochester.gov.
