Warren ‘commends’ Bloomberg on decision to end presidential bid, endorse Biden
Rochester, N.Y. – After news broke Wednesday that former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg was ending his bid for the Democratic presidential nomination, Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren took to social media to praise the former candidate.
Warren had previously endorsed Bloomberg in the presidential race and came to his defense after a rocky performance in his first debate.
In a social media post Wednesday, Warren encouraged fellow Democrats to unify to defeat incumbent President Donald Trump in November.
