Teen injured in overnight shooting
Rochester, New York — A 15-year-old boy is recovering from at least one gunshot wound after a shooting late Sunday night.
According to Rochester police, officers responded to the area of Henion Street and West Main Street just after 11:40 p.m. for multiple ShotSpotter activations.
Police found evidence of a shooting in the area at the same time a teenage male walked into Strong Hospital with a gunshot non-life-threatening injuries.
His name has still not been released.
At this time no suspects are in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
