Shooting on Jay Street, one teen is injured
Rochester, New York – According to Rochester Police a male was shot on Jay Street around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
They responded to a report of a 17-year-old male suffering from at least one gunshot wound in his lower body.
The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where his injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
The investigation is ongoing and there are no suspects in custody at this time.
