Shooting inside Rochester home on Hollenbeck Street

Rochester, New York — A shooting occurred near Hollenbeck Street in Rochester at approximately 8:50 p.m. The Rochester Police Department are currently investigating.

According to officials, a female in her late teens suffered at least one gunshot wound which she sustained inside of her residence.

She was taken to a local hospital by ambulance, where she is being treated.

Police ask anyone with information to call 911.

The investigation is ongoing.
