Rochester Skating Rinks to Open With COVID-19 Precautions in Place
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The city of Rochester is expected to open its ice skating rinks this weekend with COVID-19 precautions in place.
The rink at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park will open Saturday with a capacity of 50 people per skating session.
The Genesee Valley Park Sports Complex ice rink will reopen Monday with a capacity of 75 skaters per session.
It will resume normal hours of operation.
Skaters will be required to wear face coverings and social distance while skating.
