NY to open 10 new mass vaccination clinics, Niagara Falls the closest

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Governor Cuomo announced Monday New York will establish 10 additional state-run mass vaccination sites, citing an increase in the federal vaccine supply.
The sites are split across the New York City, Long Island, Hudson Valley, Capital, Southern Tier, Mohawk Valley and Western New York regions, with a location in Niagara Falls being the closest to Rochester.
The state says the sites remain in development and are expected to launch in the coming weeks. Final details, including appointment scheduling information and hours of operation, will be released in the coming days.
