Man hospitalized after shooting on Pardee St.
Rochester, New York— The Rochester PD say a 21-year-old was moved to hospital and several houses were struck by gunshots after a shooting overnight on the Rochester’s northeast side.
According to the police officers responded to the area of Pardee Street, between Remingston Street and Joseph Avenue, for ShotSpotter activation.
While the police was on the route, they received a call about a person being shot. A 21-year-old man, was wounded with at least one gunshot. The victim went to the hospital by a private vehicle, police says. Officials say the victim is hospitalized and has non-life threatening injuries.
No additional injuries were reported but several houses on Pardee Street were struck.
There is no suspect in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
