Mall at Greece Ridge taking precautions after Saturday looting
GREECE, N.Y. — The Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods at The Mall at Greece Ridge are closed for safety according to the Greece Police Chief.
The mall is also limiting entrances to only the southernmost entrance on Long Pond Road and the main entrance on West Ridge Road.
Beginning shortly we will be limiting access to the mall at Greece Ridge Center. The southernmost entrance/exit on Long Pond Rd will be open and the main entrance on W Ridge Rd next to McDonalds will be open.

The announcement comes after looting in the city and suburbs including Greece and Irondequoit Saturday night.
The looting began after a peaceful protest over the treatment of Black people in America turned destructive Saturday night.
