Gates man facing charges after threatening driver with air soft guns
Gates, N.Y. – 29 year old man from Gates is facing charges of 3rd degree menacing and criminal possesion of a weapon.
Police officers located Mark Dalberth near Howard Rd. after they received a 911 call from a man who said he was threatened with a gun. Officers said to Monroe County Reporter that it was difficult for them to determine if the gun was real or fake in a split second.
According to the police, this morning around 2:15 a.m. Mark Dalberth was wearing replica military vest and brandishing two air soft guns. He used the gun to threaten the driver.
Mark Dalberth was taken into custody without incident.
