Gates Circle townhomes listed for up to $1.5M — and people are buying
Rochester, N.Y. — A few months ago, Uniland Development Co. officials predicted there would be a strong market for its 12 upscale townhomes that overlooked Gates Circle.
They were right.
In the less than three months since the company received approval from the New York State Attorney General’s Office to begin marketing and taking deposits on the townhomes, five of the 12 units were put under contract and deals are pending for at least two others.
