Rochester, New York — On Wednesday morning, the estranged husband of former Mayor Lovely Warren, Timothy Granison, was in Monroe County Court.

He was arrested last year following drug raids at several locations in Rochester, including at his and Warren’s Woodman Park home.

Granison was charged in connection with the investigation into a mid-level drug operation.

Both were charged with criminal possession of a firearm, endangering the welfare of a child, and failure to lock/secure firearms in a dwelling.

According to police, their then-10-year-old daughter was left alone at the home where a rifle and handgun were found.

Granison’s attorney is asking the court to dismiss the endangering the welfare of a child charge.
