Flu shots available at Wegmans pharmacies

Gates, New York — Wegmans pharmacies announced that flu shots are now available.
Locations are offering vaccines for kids, seniors, and adults.
“While we are still seeing the effects of COVID-19 in our communities, we can’t stress enough the importance of getting your annual flu vaccine,” said Stacy Cairns, pharmacy clinical and wellness services coordinator for Wegmans. “The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, and we have extra sanitation practices in place to make this process safe and easy for our customers.”
For more information, customers are encouraged to contact their local Wegmans pharmacy.
According to CDC, flu shots are recommended for everyone six months and older who is able to receive them.
