Father and 2-year-old son found dead in apartment in Geneva
Geneva, New York — A father and son were found dead in their apartment in Geneva.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of deaths.
David Conde Sr., 59, and his 2-year-old boy were found dead in their apartment on Hamilton Street on Tuesday, according to investigators.
While performing a welfare check after family members reported they had not heard from the father and son in more than a week, deputies discovered them.
According to police, the deaths do not appear to be suspicious, and carbon monoxide poisoning has not been ruled out.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office is performing autopsies to determine how they died.
