Dundee man violates court order, faces felony
Dundee, New York – According to police, a Dundee man was arrested following an investigation into a complaint made in late June.
On June 15 police received an unsubstantiated allegation against Brian Hullings, 45, of Dundee which led to additional investigation.
According to Police, Hullings violated a court order by having contact with a protected party.
He was convicted of second-degree criminal contempt after a previous incident, which elevated the most recent charge to a felony count of criminal contempt.
Hullings was taken into custody and processed.
