Cuomo responds after bombshell nursing home report from AG’s office
After a bombshell report from the state’s Attorney General Letitia James, Gov. Andrew Cuomo defended his policies and handling of nursing homes amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Now, there’s some indication that total nursing home deaths attributed to the virus will be released ahead of a legislative hearing scheduled for February 25.
That report, which was released on Thursday noted that Gov. Cuomo’s administration may have undercounted and reported deaths by upwards of 50%.
