Cement truck hits bridge in Canandaigua
Ontario County, New York — On Tuesday, a cement truck became stuck under a West Avenue overpass in Canandaigua.
According to Canandaigua Police Chief Mathew Nielsen, the driver was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with a head injury.
The driver’s injuries do not appear serious.
A portion of the road was blocked off for two hours while crews worked to dislodge the truck.
An investigation is ongoing.
