Canandaigua Kiwanis Club’s Chef’s Challenge is back as an in-person event
Canandaigua, New York – The Canandaigua Kiwanis Club’s Chef’s Challenge is back as an in-person event this year, after being canceled in 2020 and going virtual last year.
The club is seeking chefs, beverage donations, and sponsorships for the event, on May 1 at King’s Catering on Routes 5 & 20.
According to Kiwanian Kat Purbec, the food, beverage, and chef lineup is beginning to take shape.
According to event organizers, the event showcases food samplings from both professional and amateur chefs, as well as beer, wine, and spirit tastings.
Proceeds go to Kiwanis’ child-focused service projects locally and around the world, including the Inclusion in Motion playground set to open in Canandaigua in the near future.
