Breeze Airways provides flights from Rochester to four different cities

Rochester, New York – Soon, travelers at the Greater Rochester International Airport will have a new airline to choose from, which will serve four destinations.
On Wednesday morning, Breeze Airways announced that it would begin offering flights between Rochester and four locations starting this spring.
• Charleston, S.C. (Thursdays and Sundays, starting May 8)
• Raleigh-Durham, N.C. (Mondays and Fridays, starting May 9)
• New Orleans, La. (One stop/no change of plane BreezeThru service, Thursdays and Sundays, starting May 8)
• Orlando, Fla. (One stop/no change of plane BreezeThru service, Mondays and Fridays, starting May 9)
“We’re thrilled to welcome Breeze Airways to the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport,” Monroe County Executive Adam Bello said in a statement. “These new routes will provide Rochester passengers with greater travel opportunities, connecting our community with sought-after destinations.”
“We continue to see strong demand for our unique service between the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic region, making Rochester a great fit for our network,” David Neeleman, Breeze Airways’ founder and CEO, said in a statement. “We’re excited to expand our service to more travelers in Upstate New York and look forward to welcoming new guests from the area in the coming months when service begins.”
