Accident on West Henrietta Road resulted in the death of a driver
Rochester, New York – An accident that occurred on West Henrietta Road on Sunday evening resulted in the death of one driver.
At a little after ten o’clock in the evening, the collision was said to have occurred at the intersection of West Henrietta Road and Commerce Drive. An “accident with serious physical injuries” was the description provided by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office regarding the scenario described.
According to the deputies, first responders started taking measures to save lives.
The injuries sustained by one of the drivers took their lives at the scene of the accident. There were no injuries sustained by the driver of the second vehicle.
The sheriff’s department, the Henrietta Fire District, and the medical examiner all arrived at the scene shortly before midnight. The medical examiner was also present.
Despite the fact that the investigation into the collision is still underway, the deputies do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision.
Initially, the area where the collision occurred was closed to traffic, but it has now been reopened.
