Accident in Wayne County, bicyclist hospitalized
Arcadia, New York – A 25-year-old Lyons man was transported to Strong Hospital, after a bicycle accident in Wayne County.
According to the deputies, on Sunday afternoon just after 2 o’clock, Adrian Sergeant was pulled in front of a car driven by 60-year-old Jose Figueroa, also of Lyons, on Route 31 in Arcadia.
The officials say the man suffered injuries to his back, head, hip and foot, as well as road rash on his arms and legs.
The investigation is ongoing and no charges have been filed.
