A 55-year-old man is dead after fatal crash in Wayne county
Rochester, New York – On Friday night a 55-year-old man died after a crash near Newark.
According to the officers from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, the driver was reported to be heading eastbound on Welcher Road when it travelled off road causing the car to roll several times before hitting a tree.
Upon arrival, police located a single motor vehicle with one man inside.
The victim was identified as, Michael Case. He was pronounced dead at the scene and there were no other occupants in the vehicle.
At this time, the cause of this incident is unknown.
The investigation is ongoing.
