A 3-year-old child on bike struck by SUV
Gates, New York — According to Gates Police, a child was struck by an SUV and thrown off of his bicycle.
Gates Police say this incident happened around 4 p.m. on Elvira Street.
According to police, the bicycle became trapped under the SUV after a 3-year-old child was thrown off of it.
During the investigation, the driver is said to be cooperating.
Officials say the investigation is continuing with help from the New York State Police accident reconstruction team.
