Rochester man faces up to 30 years in prison
Rochester, New York – A 30-year-old man from Rochester pleads guilty to child porn production.
Jeremy Hernandez faces up to 30 years in prison when sentenced in September.
According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, in October 2018 a user of an electronic service provider was uploading child porn images onto a blog. The source was later traced to a Rochester address.
In October 2019 during a search of Hernandez’s home, police discovered two phones. Both contained videos and images which showed Hernandez abusing a minor between on various occasions between 2017 and 2019.
Hernandez also admitted to owning the profile that uploaded child porn to the blog.
According to prosecutors the minor victim has since been located.
