18-year-old shot near Genesee Street in Rochester
Rochester, New York — On Wednesday evening, a shooting occurred at the Boys and Girls Club on Genesee St.
According to police, around 5:30 p.m. they responded to the Boys and Girls Club for the report of someone shot.
Upon arrival at the scene, they found the 18-year-old victim, who was shot nearby while in his car.
The victim was transported to the hospital for his injuries.
According to the officers, the shooting did not occur at the Club.
Police ask anyone who has any information about this incident to call 911.
