$1 million lottery ticket sold at a gas station in Rochester, Take 5 ticket sold at Tops
Rochester, New York – One ticket that won the second prize for the Powerball drawing on August 10 was sold, according to the New York Lottery. The $1 million ticket was sold at Rochester’s Speedway, located at 3960 W Ridge Road.
The Powerball game’s winning numbers are selected at random from a range of 1 to 69. A different field ranging from one to 26 is used to select the red Power Ball. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., the Powerball drawing is broadcast on television.
A Take 5 top-prize winning lottery ticket was also sold at Spencerport’s Tops on Slayton Avenue on Saturday. The cost of the ticket is $34,175.50.
Five integers are selected at random from a range of 1 to 39. Every day at 2:30 and 10:30 p.m., the drawing is telecast.
Any money won in a lottery draw game may be redeemed within a year of the drawing date. As the biggest and most lucrative lottery in North America, the New York Lottery will donate $3.8 billion to support public schools in New York State in the fiscal year 2023–2024.
