Large crowds block North Clinton Avenue
Rochester, New York – Sunday night parts of North Clinton Avenue are closed as Rochester police work to disperse a large crowd.
According to officers, just after 7:30 p.m. a crowd of around 1,500 people, and 500 vehicles were reported on North Clinton Avenue.
Police reported seeing dirt bikes, ATVs, and burnout and heard loud music.
North Clinton Avenue between Upper Falls Boulevard and Clifford Avenue will remain closed until things calm down, police said.
