Second arrest made in connection to Greece foster home abduction
Greece, N.Y. – Two persons were charged in connection with the kidnapping earlier this week of two children from their foster home.
On Monday night, Shekeria Cash, 3, and Dimitri Cash Jr., 5, were kidnapped from their foster home. The two children were found alive and unharmed on Wednesday in Alabama.
The father of the kids, Dimitri Cash, Sr., 29, faces three charges: second-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping, and first-degree burglary, according to Greece Police.
Police officers also arrested Kimara Pluviose, 32, earlier this week. Kamara is the woman who rented the vehicle where the children were found.
She is being held in custody in Alabama while Cash Sr. is in the Monroe County Jail.
Cash’s bond is set at $300,000, and he’s due back in court on Jan. 28, 2021.
Dimitri Cash Sr previosly also tried to abduct one of his kids in January 2020 while they were in school. He was arrested and four misdemeanors were charged.
