Rochester man sentenced to 6 years in prison
Rochester, N.Y. – A Rochester man who pleaded guilty to a child porn charge will spend six years in prison.
Jordan Dunn pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography. In addition to time behind bars, he faces 10 years of supervised release.
Investigators searched Dunn’s home in September 2019 after a social media company sent a tip to the FBI about a child porn image being uploaded through its messaging app. The image was traced to Dunn’s residence, which he shared with Jeffrey Wehs.
Computers belonging to both men contained images and videos of child pornography.
Prosecutors say both Dunn and Wehs worked with children through organizations in the Rochester area, including children with disabilities.
Wehs pleaded guilty to possession of child porn and was sentenced in August to time served and eight years of supervised release.
