Rochester, New York – A guy is still being treated in the hospital after he nearly drowned in Flint Creek in Phelps as a result of an ATV accident that occurred on Sunday.
As a result of a complaint that a man had drowned along the Ontario Pathways, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office traveled to Flint Creek that evening to investigate the situation.
According to the findings of the investigation, he was driving his four-wheeler along the trails and attempted to bridge the creek, which resulted in the ATV losing control and flipping over during the accident.
