Dutchess Man Accused Of Inappropriate Sexual Conduct
RED HOOK, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused of having inappropriate sexual conduct with someone.
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office said Tyson M Kreig, 40, of Red Hook, was charged Jan 12 with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor.
A week-long investigation of inappropriate sexual conduct led to Kreig being accused of subjecting the victim to sexual contact without their consent, detectives said.
Kreig was arraigned in the Town of Red Hook Court and released on his own recognizance.
The sheriff’s office said, if anyone has information about this case or similar incidents involving Kreig, they are urged to contact Detective Jeffrey Cohen by calling 845-486-3827 or by emailing.
