Balsam Bagels marks 20 years in business

Rochester, New York – Balsam Bagels, a popular bagel shop in the area, is commemorating 20 years in operation!
The proprietors of Balsam Bagels, a mainstay in Rochester’s North Winton Village Neighborhood, stated that their store started on June 2, 2004, precisely 20 years ago.
Customers flocked for a variety of celebrations on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., including giveaways, face painting, balloon animals, and more.
Co-owners Roni and Rebecca Malek tell us that reaching this stage in their company’s development has been a journey and a labor of love.
“When you say family, I think our employees are also part of our extended family as well we try to do a lot of things to incorporate a family type atmosphere here,” Co-owner Roni Malek said.
The owners continue, saying that they are excited to be able to organize their party this year and that over the years they have thrown 10 and 15 year anniversary parties.
