Future Amazon warehouse to move in Gates, possibly Greece too

Gates, N.Y. — Amazon is moving to at least one and maybe two locations in greater Rochester. The property owner, Acquest based in Williamson, is in the process of building two giant warehouses that would start the final leg of the delivery to your front door.
Right now, the location in Gates is a wide-open field outlined in a tarp.
The trees are gone.
And one solitary worker is grinding up one of the parking lots.
